By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices on the Site are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT).

We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

If a price is shown incorrectly due to error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any affected order prior to shipment.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order is not accepted until you receive an official confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected, if stock is unavailable, or if order details are incomplete or incorrect.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.

4. Delivery

Our delivery services currently cover the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands.

We do not ship internationally outside these regions at this time.

Estimated delivery timeframe:

Processing time before dispatch: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit time after dispatch: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances (e.g., customs delays, courier strikes, severe weather).

5. Product Use

Products purchased on the Site are intended for personal use only and must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

Commercial resale or reproduction of our products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Unless explicitly marked “Final Sale”, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 business days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Returned products must:

Be unused and undamaged,
Remain in their original packaging,
Include proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

7. Payment Methods

All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other authorised payment providers.

We do not store full credit card data on our servers.

8. Refunds

Processing time: Refunds are issued within 30 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been approved and processed.

Eligibility:

Refunds are approved only for unused and undamaged products returned in original packaging.

Defective or incorrect items will be refunded after quality inspection.

Method:

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase.

If fraudulent activity is suspected, we may delay the refund until verification is complete. Your bank may hold the amount for up to 30 business days before release.

9. Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of the Products or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or personal injury under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any associated transactions are governed by the laws of Romania.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.

Consumers based in the European Union retain their statutory rights, including the 30-business-day withdrawal period for online purchases under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
