Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
At NordicaLight, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-business-day return policy, meaning you have 30 business days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@nordicalight.com, clearly stating your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to print and attach before dropping off the parcel at a designated carrier location.
⚠️ Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Fees
We cover all return shipping costs within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances.
3. Specific Return & Refund Conditions
Change of Mind
You may return any product within 30 business days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
NordicaLight will cover the return costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund once the defect is confirmed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of the damage.
We will assess the claim and, if validated, issue a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Product Received
If the product you received is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement and cover all return shipping costs.
Product Not Received
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
We will investigate with the carrier, and if the parcel cannot be located, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
If it has already been dispatched, please wait to receive the product, then follow our standard return procedure.
4. Damaged or Defective Items Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@nordicalight.com with photos of the defect.
After inspection, if approved, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.
5. Non-Damaged Items Policy
You may return a non-damaged product within 30 business days, as long as it remains unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Please note that customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless defective.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your original product and place a new order after your return is approved.
