At NordicaLight, our goal is to provide a fast, transparent, and reliable delivery service for every customer.
We’re a European company based in Oradea, Romania, and we work with selected European and international partners to deliver our designs to homes across the United Kingdom.
2. Shipping Fees
All charges — including product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees — are clearly displayed during checkout before you finalise your order.
We do not charge any hidden or additional fees after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or under exceptional circumstances (courier strikes, customs delays, severe weather, etc.).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
5. Parcel Tracking
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a direct link to track your order via the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us at contact@nordicalight.com, and our support team will provide you with an update.

6. Address Modifications
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to modify the delivery address.
If you need to make a correction, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order.
7. Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before shipment, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once the order is processed for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and contact our customer service immediately.
If delivery was made in your absence and the parcel appears damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@nordicalight.com.
If your delivery is incomplete or an item is missing, please notify us by email within 48 hours of receipt.

If a product differs from its description, you may request a return or refund at no additional cost.

We accept returns for any reason — whether you are dissatisfied or have changed your mind.
